1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the website www.ang-agency.com and its subdomains owned by ANG AGENCY - FZCO, a Company registered in the UAE at the address: IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and valid under license License Number: 34104 issued by the Government of Dubai, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
1.2. The Company's website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is the property of ANG AGENCY - FZCO.
1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Company’s Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) and the User of this Website.
1.4. The site administration reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
1.5. Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.
1.6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes to it.

2.1. The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:
2.1.1 “www.ang-agency.com” – the Company’s website located on the domain name www.ang-agency.com, operating through an Internet resource and related services.
2.1.2. The Company’s website is a website containing information about the Company, its services: events Organizing & Managing, Concierge Services, Conferences & Seminars Organizing, information products, events, news, and allowing the User to obtain information about the Company’s activities, as well as contact the Company regarding the services it provides.
2.1.3. The administration of the online store site is authorized employees to manage the Site, acting on behalf of ANG AGENCY - FZCO.
2.1.4. User of the Company Website (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
2.1.5. The contents of the Company's Website (hereinafter referred to as the Contents) are protected results of intellectual activity, including texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, text, photographic, derivatives, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style and arrangement of this Content included in the Site and other intellectual property property collectively and/or separately contained on the Company’s Website.

3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User of the Company's Website with access to the services and information contained on the Website.
3.1.1. The company's website provides the User with the following types of services:

• access to search and navigation tools on the Company's Website;
• providing the User with the opportunity to post messages, comments, order a call back;
• access to information about the Company and information about the Company’s services free of charge;
• other types of services sold on the pages of the Company’s Website.
3.1.2. This Agreement covers all currently existing (actually functioning) services (services) of the Company’s Website, as well as any subsequent modifications thereof and additional services (services) of the Company’s Website that appear in the future.
3.2. Access to the Company's Website is provided free of charge.
3.3. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.
3.4. The use of the materials and services of the Site is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the User's use of the Company Site.

4.1. The site administration has the right:
4.1.1. Change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the content of this Site. The changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site.
4.1.2. Restrict access to the Site if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.

4.2.4. Use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for in the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the UAE.
4.3. The Site User undertakes:
4.3.1. Provide, at the request of the Site Administration, additional information that is directly related to the services provided by this Site.
4.3.2. Respect the Company’s property and non-property rights to the posted information when using the Site.
4.3.3. Do not take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
4.3.4. Do not distribute using the Site any confidential information protected by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates information about individuals or legal entities.
4.3.5. Avoid any actions that may compromise confidentiality protected by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates
4.3.6. Do not use the Site to distribute advertising information, except with the consent of the Site Administration.
4.3.7. Do not use the services of the Company Website for the purpose of:
4.3.7.1. uploading content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, gender, religious, social grounds; contains false information and (or) insults to specific individuals, organizations, and authorities.
4.3.7.2. inducement to commit illegal actions, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the United Arab Emirates.
4.3.7.3. violations of the rights of minors and (or) causing them harm in any form.
4.3.7.4. representing oneself as another person or representative of an organization and (or) community without sufficient rights to do so, including employees of this online store.
4.3.7.5. misleading the Company and other users regarding the information and services posted on the Site.
4.3.7.6. incorrect comparison of the Company, as well as the formation of a negative attitude towards the Company and other users of the Site (not) using certain services of the Company, or condemnation of such persons.
4.3.8. Comply with all applicable international sanctions (including EU, HKMA, UAECB, RBI, UKHMT, UN and US), and in the event of any violation, potential violation or attempted circumvention, the User is obliged to notify the Site Administration about it.
4.4. The user is prohibited from:
4.4.1. Use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy or monitor the content of the Company Site;
4.4.2. Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site;
4.4.3. Bypass the navigation structure of the Site in any way to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of this Site;
4.4.4. Unauthorized access to the functions of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, as well as to any services offered on the Site;
4.4.4. Violate the security or authentication systems of the Site or any network connected to the Site.
4.4.5. Perform a reverse search, trace or attempt to trace any information about any other User of the Site.
4.4.6. Use the Site and its Content for any purpose prohibited by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as well as incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Company or others.

5.1. The Site and the Content included in the Site are owned and managed by the Site Administration.
5.2. The content of the Site cannot be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way, or posted on the Internet without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.
5.3. The contents of the Site may be downloaded, printed or copied for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use
5.4. The contents of the Site are protected by trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
5.5. This Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions for the purchase of Products and the provision of services provided on the Site.

5.7. The site administration has the right at any time, without notifying the User, to make changes to the list of posted information and services offered on the Site and (or) to the prices applicable to such services.
5.8. The User may not use the Website and the Company’s services in order to:
5.8.1. enter into a business relationship with ANG AGENCY - FZCO if the business of the User or its associated persons is directly or indirectly associated with any person or entity that is currently included in any of the sanctions lists or may be included therein due to violation of the applicable norms and rules.
5.8.2. contact the Company regarding the conduct of business activities related to Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and/or Crimea, in Sudan (North), where there is a US element (restricted countries/regions) directly or indirectly.
ANG AGENCY – FZCO reserves the right not to enter into, renegotiate, or terminate a relationship with any person who engages in any business activity that is, or may be found to be, in violation of applicable regulations, including, but not limited to, wrestling regulations with money laundering and terrorist financing.

6.1. Any losses that the User may incur in the event of an intentional or careless violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, are not reimbursed by the Site Administration.
6.2. The site administration is not responsible for:
6.2.1. Delays or failures in the use of the Site resulting from force majeure, as well as any malfunction in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.
6.2.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.
6.2.3. Proper functioning of the Site, in the event that the User does not have the necessary technical means to use it, and also does not bear any obligation to provide users with such means.
6.2.4. The User's transition to links to third-party websites. When accessing these websites, the User is responsible for reviewing the Terms of Use of such third party website before accessing it.
6.2.5. We provide this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis and without any warranties or conditions of any kind, express, implied or otherwise.

7.1. The Site Administration has the right to disclose any information collected about the User of this Site if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding unlawful use of the Site or to identify (identify) a User who may violate or interfere with the rights of the Site Administration or the rights of other Site Users.
7.2. The site administration has the right to disclose any information about the User that it deems necessary to comply with the provisions of current legislation or court decisions, ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, protect the rights or safety of ANG AGENCY – FZCO and Users.
7.3. The site administration has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation of the UAE requires or permits such disclosure.
7.4. The site administration has the right, without prior notice to the User, to terminate and (or) block access to the Site if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the event of termination of the Site or due to a technical problem or problem.
7.5. The site administration is not responsible to the User or third parties for termination of access to the Site in the event of a violation by the User of any provision of this Agreement or other document containing the terms of use of the Site.

8.1. The site administration does not accept counter-proposals from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
8.2. User reviews and comments posted on the Site or in the feedback form are not confidential information and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
8.3. If any provision (or portion thereof) of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
8.4. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued access or use of the Company Site after such changes constitutes the User's consent to the modified Agreement.
